FLAT ROCK -- In a small residential community, tucked behind the houses just off Erkwood Drive, sits an open field that will soon be restored as a bog and wetland habitat to house a rare plant species — the bunched arrowhead.
The patch of land, a former tomato field bordered by Mud Creek, is now planned to become part of the 30-acre Ochlawaha bog project.
