Land Trust Day

In an effort to recognize how customers value the open spaces, scenic views, hiking trails and other outdoor recreation areas, several Western North Carolina businesses support their local land trusts the first Saturday of June on “Land Trust Day”— which is also National Trails Day.

Thank you to all the businesses who participated in Land Trust Day June 2, 2007. With their help we were able not only to raise awareness, but also raise $27,800 to support local land trusts.
